I. One-step method:

This method is characterized by using raw material cutting, spunbonding, and meltblowing to directly spin the melted raw materials into a fiber web. By rationally arranging the spinning system engineering of different processes, products can have different structures. After lamination and compounding, each layer of the fiber web is usually bonded into a fabric using a hot rolling mill. The "one-step" method for manufacturing non-woven mask fabric is characterized by the direct spinning of the melt into a web, the independent adjustment of the state of each spinning system, controllable production process, good hygiene conditions, fast operating speed, and the ability to arbitrarily adjust the proportion of each layer to produce non-woven mask fabric products of various specifications. This is a commonly used technology today.
II. Two-step method
When producing nonwoven fabric for masks using the two-step method, the finished spunbond fabric and meltblown fabric need to be unfolded in a certain order, laminated sequentially, and then solidified through a hot rolling mill to form the nonwoven fabric product for masks. The "two-step method" is characterized by simple equipment and low cost. In fact, the "two-step method" is a widely used lamination technology. It can also be used to composite other materials, using different materials and different methods to fuse the three layers together.
III. One-and-a-half-step method
In the two-step process, the meltblown fiber web produced on-site can also replace the meltblown fabric product, thus obtaining the so-called "one-and-a-half-step" nonwoven fabric composite process for masks. Both unwinding devices use spunbond fabric as the bottom and top layers. The meltblown fiber web of the middle layer is directly spun into a web through the meltblown system, then laid on the surface of the bottom spunbond fabric, and then covered with adhesive fabric. It can then be assembled into a nonwoven fabric product for masks through a hot rolling mill.
